You helped me with the last cruise my husband and I took together in January 2011. We had such a wonderful time. I can't thank you enough for all the good memories I have to this day. It was the best one ever. He passed away a couple of months after that trip, but the weekend before he passed he was telling all of the family about his special trip. I'm sorry it took me so long to thank you. I should have done it right away when we returned home. We not only went on the cruise but then we did a little trip to places in the US that we wanted to visit, and then came home, time got away from me. I'm sure glad you are still with the company and know that I truely appreciated everything you did for us. Again, many thanks a little late but never forgotten.

You and your staff deserve to hear compliments as I'm sure you hear enough whining this time of year. There are so few organizations whose employees understand the meaning of customer service. It is very nice to encounter it. It comes from the top. You must be doing a good job taking care of your people. It's not rocket science, but you would think it is.
